My journey in beauty began early—at just fifteen years old, I was already working in salons, captivated by the way artistry and connection could transform how someone felt about themselves.

In 1999, I moved to Chicago and stepped into the world of luxury beauty, managing the Elizabeth Arden Salon & Spa, and later Premier Salon. Those years refined my eye for detail and service.

When I returned home to Michigan, I became a licensed cosmetologist and began assisting in Birmingham, MI, where I had the privilege of training under some of the most talented artists in the industry. They shaped not only my skill, but also my philosophy: that every brushstroke should feel intentional, personal, and rooted in story.

It was in those early bridal mornings that I discovered what would become my calling. Watching each bride’s emotional transformation—the quiet confidence, the radiant joy—I realized makeup could tell a story of confidence, beauty, and love. From that moment on, I dedicated my craft to creating that same magic for women on their most meaningful day.
